This website is owned and operated by Green Feather Online Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”),
a company registered under the laws of Malta with company number C 80735, having its registered address at
Elite Business Centre, TREJQA TA’ BOX BOX, MSIDA MSD 1840, Malta. We are licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA)
under licence no. MGA/B2C/445/2017, issued on 16 January 2019.
These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern your (“you”, “your”, “Player”) use of our online and mobile
gaming services provided through this website. By opening an account, using the site and/or ticking the box confirming acceptance,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our
policies and any applicable promotional terms.
You are strongly advised to read these Terms & Conditions in full before registering. We recommend printing or saving a copy
for future reference.
1. Introduction
By accessing or using this site, registering an account and/or ticking the Terms & Conditions acceptance box, you confirm that:
- You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions serve as the principal reference for resolving any issues or disputes related to your use of the site and services.
- All activity on the site is subject to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable rules published by us.
If we make any changes to these Terms & Conditions, you will be informed either by email and/or via a notice or pop-up on the site.
You may be required to reconfirm your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions before such changes take effect.
Until you provide this confirmation, you may be unable to continue using our services.
In case of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the English version of these Terms & Conditions and
any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, excluding any conflict of law principles.
These Terms & Conditions supersede any prior agreements or understandings between you and us in relation to the subject matter hereof
and constitute the entire agreement between the parties. You confirm that you have not relied on any representation or statement
other than those expressly set out in these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Registration and use of our services are only available to players residing in countries where we permit registration.
The list of eligible countries can be viewed in the country drop-down menu during registration and may be updated from time to time.
Registration is explicitly prohibited for residents or individuals located in, among others, the following jurisdictions:
United States of America, Israel, the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.
If we determine that you have attempted to bypass these restrictions (for example, by using IP masking tools or false details), your account will be closed and any balances may be removed.
You may only open an account and use our services if:
- You are at least 18 years old (or 21 years old in Estonia), or have reached the applicable legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Online gambling is not prohibited in your country of residence or the country from which you access the site.
We reserve the right to carry out age verification checks at any time and to request proof of age.
Until satisfactory proof is provided, we may suspend your account and withhold funds. If, after verification, it is confirmed that you are underage,
your account will be closed, winnings will be forfeited, and we may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Current employees or former employees (within the last 3 years) of the Company, its affiliates, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries,
advertising or promotional agencies, media partners, retailers and their immediate family members are not permitted to register or use the site.
3. Your Representations and Responsibilities
By opening an account and using this site, you confirm, represent, warrant and agree that:
- You are of legal age, mentally competent and acting on your own behalf.
- You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You accept full responsibility for all losses incurred.
- You will familiarize yourself with and comply with the rules and instructions relating to the games and services offered on this site.
- Your participation on the site is voluntary and at your sole discretion and risk. You do not consider our services to be offensive, unfair or inappropriate in any way.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes or related charges that may apply to your winnings in your jurisdiction.
- You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the site and services is lawful in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you access the site. We do not provide legal advice.
- You will not use your account for any illegal or unlawful activities and will not permit any third party to do so. Funds deposited must not originate from any illegal source or activity.
- You accept that you shall be fully liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from illegal or fraudulent activity linked to your account and will indemnify us in respect of such matters.
- You will not participate in or attempt to participate in fraud, collusion, match-fixing or any other unlawful or improper activity.
- You have not previously had an account with us that was terminated or suspended due to a breach of our terms.
- You are not currently suffering from a gambling addiction and have not informed us or any other operator of such a condition.
- All information provided during registration and thereafter (including name, address, contact details and payment details) is accurate, complete and belongs to you.
- You will only use payment methods (cards, bank accounts, e-wallets, etc.) registered in your own name and over which you have sole ownership and control. You will not use corporate or business payment methods or those belonging to third parties, unless expressly approved by us.
- You will not fund your gambling on our site with cash deposits into your bank account or transfers from third parties (such as gifts, loans or similar) unless expressly approved by us.
- Upon request, you can demonstrate the legitimate source of all funds deposited on the site (e.g. salary, savings, proceeds from lawful activity). Where gambling winnings from other operators form part of your deposits, you can evidence the origin of those funds as well.
- You are opening and operating the account solely for your personal entertainment and not on behalf of another person.
- You are not acting under instruction from any third party and you have not opened an account in the name of another person, nor allowed anyone else to open an account in your name.
- You will not share your login credentials with any third party and will prevent unauthorized access to your account.
- You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password and for any activity carried out under your credentials.
- Funds deposited into your account are intended purely for playing the games and using the services provided on the site.
- Our records, and where applicable those of our third-party game and service providers, shall be final and conclusive in determining the terms of any game, wager or transaction and the circumstances in which such wagers were placed.
- You understand that a wager is only confirmed once you receive on-screen confirmation or an equivalent receipt from us. If such confirmation is not received, the wager may not be considered valid.
4. User Accounts – Registration and Access
Before playing any real-money games, you must register an account with us and create a username and password.
You are solely responsible for keeping these details confidential. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your
failure to maintain the security of your login details.
During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate personal information, including (but not limited to)
your full name, date of birth, address, email address and phone number. All information must be true, complete and current.
If we determine that any information is false, incomplete, misleading or deceptive, we reserve the right to refuse registration,
close your account and/or void any related transactions.
The following rules apply to your account:
- You may only open one account on this site.
- Only one account is permitted per person, family, household, postal address, email address, payment account, device or shared computer (e.g. workplaces, universities, internet cafés, etc.).
- We may close any duplicate accounts and treat all associated transactions as void.
- Any withdrawals made from duplicate accounts may be treated as unauthorised and may not be paid.
If we detect the use of VPNs, proxies, hosting services or any other technology designed to conceal your real IP address or location,
or if we identify device spoofing, we may suspend or close your account and may withhold any winnings or balances.
5. Verifications
We conduct “Know Your Customer” (KYC) checks on all players who deposit or otherwise interact financially with our site.
At any time, we may request verification of all or some of your details, including identity, address, contact details, payment methods and transaction history.
These verifications may be carried out electronically, via third-party databases, by telephone, and/or by requesting documentation.
We will, in any case, verify your identity once your cumulative withdrawals reach or exceed EUR 2,000 (or the equivalent in your chosen currency).
Documentation we may request includes, but is not limited to:
- Valid photo identification (passport, national ID card, or driving licence).
- Proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months, excluding online-only statements).
- Proof of ownership for payment methods used (e.g. copies of card front/back with sensitive digits masked, bank or card statements showing transactions to us).
In some cases, documents may need to be certified by a notary, lawyer or similarly qualified professional.
Required documents must usually be supplied within 7 days of our request. Failure to provide the requested documents within this timeframe,
or the provision of false or altered documents, may result in the termination of your account, seizure of your balance and forfeiture of winnings.
We reserve the right to verify your contact details (address, email, phone number) by any appropriate method, including postal mail, email, telephone or live chat.
If our verification attempts are unsuccessful or you fail to provide the requested documentation, your account may be suspended, and any winnings may not be paid out until the situation is resolved.
If we determine that documents have been altered, forged or manipulated (for example, where information has been removed in a non-transparent way),
we may treat this as tampering and misleading conduct, close your account, void your balance and retain any deposits and winnings.
As part of our source of funds and source of wealth checks, we may ask you to provide additional evidence, such as salary slips,
bank statements or completed declaration forms, to demonstrate the legitimate origin of the funds used for gambling.
If we find that your gambling has been funded through prohibited means (for example, cash deposits into your bank account or third-party transfers),
we reserve the right to request further information regarding such transactions, including your relationship with any third party involved.
We may also request evidence of the original source of funds from the third party.
You must ensure that your account information remains accurate and up to date. If any details change, you must notify us and, where required, provide supporting documents.
Failure to do so may result in suspension or restrictions on your account.
We also reserve the right to perform credit checks using third-party agencies. If we determine that you are insolvent or otherwise pose a risk,
we may terminate your account and prevent you from opening another one.
6. User Funds
During registration, you will select your preferred account currency.
If you wish to change your currency at a later stage, you must contact Customer Support.
In some cases, this may require opening a new account in the new currency and transferring any existing balance
at an exchange rate determined by the casino at the time of transfer.
We are not a financial institution and we do not pay interest on any funds held in your account.
7. Deposit and Withdrawal Transactions
You may not deposit funds that are derived from criminal or unlawful activity. We perform checks on transactions to prevent money laundering and
will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Deposits and withdrawals can be made using a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, e-wallets and bank transfers.
The availability of specific payment options may vary from time to time and by jurisdiction, and we do not guarantee that any particular method will always be available.
We do not accept cash payments.
We work with third-party payment processors and financial institutions to process your payments. You agree to comply with any
terms and conditions set by these providers, provided they do not conflict with these Terms & Conditions.
Transactions on your card statement will appear under the descriptor “Green Feather Online” or a similar reference notified to you in advance.
Deposits via most payment methods are processed instantly once we receive confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals to cards and bank accounts may take up to 4 working days after processing, while withdrawals to certain e-wallets may be processed almost instantly once approved.
We are not responsible for any delays, rejections or additional charges imposed by banks or payment providers which are outside our control.
All deposits and withdrawals are recorded on your account statement on the site, and you will receive email confirmations.
We recommend retaining these emails for your records.
We apply certain deposit limits which may differ depending on the payment method and other factors.
In general, minimum deposit limits range between EUR 10 and EUR 30 (or equivalent), whereas the maximum deposit per transaction is typically EUR 7,000 (or equivalent).
We may charge handling fees for deposits and withdrawals, as indicated on the site from time to time.
Some payment providers and banks may also charge fees or commissions, which are outside our control and are your responsibility.
If you deposit using a currency different from your account currency, the amount credited will be converted at an exchange rate set by us at the time of processing,
which may include a small conversion margin. If the exchange rate changes between your deposit request and the time we receive payment confirmation,
the amount credited will reflect the rate applicable at the time of confirmation.
Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using payment accounts held in your own name. If we identify deposits from third-party accounts,
we may close your account and void any winnings.
We may contact you by telephone or other means to verify deposits and may request documentation to complete necessary verification checks.
We also reserve the right to suspend or delay withdrawal requests pending successful completion of identity, age, address, contact or payment-method verification.
While we aim to process withdrawals using your chosen payment method, we may first return funds to the method(s) used to deposit.
We may also require that withdrawals be made to a bank account or card in your name, irrespective of your requested method.
Where necessary, we may process withdrawals in an alternative currency depending on available payout options and technical constraints,
applying the exchange rate set by us at the time of processing.
If, for any reason, funds that you attempted to deposit are not received by us, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your account,
cancel winnings derived from such deposits and take any appropriate action to recover outstanding sums.
You are fully responsible for all amounts owed to us. You must not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals of legitimate deposits.
If you do, we may recover the outstanding amount (including charges and any associated winnings) from your account balance,
close your account, initiate legal proceedings and/or report the matter to law enforcement, credit agencies and relevant regulators.
8. Refunds
Our games and betting products are provided for recreational purposes. Stakes placed on games or bets are considered final once
the relevant transaction has been completed and the virtual product consumed.
Refund requests for wagered funds must be submitted within 5 business days.
Refunds are generally not issued, except in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.
9. Withdrawal Requests
You may request a withdrawal of funds from your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to these Terms & Conditions
and any applicable limits. If you request a withdrawal while you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements,
your bonus balance and any associated winnings may be forfeited and removed from your account.
The maximum amount of winnings that can be withdrawn within any 24-hour period (00:00–23:59 GMT) is EUR 100,000 (or equivalent).
We reserve the right to void any winnings exceeding this limit.
We may also apply monthly withdrawal limits. You can view the applicable limits on the Withdrawal Limits page.
We may increase these limits on a discretionary basis or as part of specific promotions.
Withdrawal requests exceeding your applicable limit may be declined and returned to your account balance,
after which you may submit a new withdrawal request within the permitted limits.
Our target processing time for withdrawals is three (3) working days, but we do not accept liability for delays arising from security checks,
payment-provider processes or other external factors.
Progressive jackpot wins are not subject to the usual withdrawal limits, but may require an additional processing period of up to fourteen (14) days.
We may apply an administrative fee of 15% (with a minimum of EUR 10 or equivalent) to withdrawals where deposited or credited funds
have not been wagered at least three times. We may exclude so-called “minimal risk” betting patterns from the wagering calculation
(for example, covering most outcomes in roulette or betting both Player and Banker in baccarat). This fee will be deducted at the time of withdrawal.
If your account is closed, blocked, excluded or becomes dormant, you may still contact Customer Support to request withdrawal of any remaining funds,
subject to verification and any applicable terms. In cases where there is a dispute regarding the balance or entitlement to funds,
we may consult our licensing authority and follow its guidance.
We may also enforce a minimum withdrawal amount. The current minimum withdrawal limits are displayed on the Withdrawal Limits page.
In certain cases, we may require you to verify your account or enable payouts by first making a deposit from a bank account or card in your name,
which can then be withdrawn. We may also require that all payouts be processed via bank transfer to an account in your name.
10. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, we may offer bonuses, free spins and promotional offers (“Promotions”) either directly or in cooperation with third parties.
By participating in any Promotion, you agree to the specific promotional terms as communicated via the site, email or other channels
and acknowledge that these Terms & Conditions also apply. In the event of any conflict, these General Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
We may modify, suspend or remove any Promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability,
provided that this does not adversely affect any rights you have already acquired.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to remove certain accounts from eligibility for bonuses or Promotions.
Bonuses may expire at the end of a calendar month or at any time specified in the relevant promotional terms.
In some instances, you may contact Customer Support to request reinstatement of an expired bonus; such requests are handled at our discretion.
Each Promotion will set out specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, maximum bet sizes and maximum win limits.
If you do not meet the wagering requirements within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as bets placed with those funds,
may be removed from your account.
For the purpose of Promotions:
- Bonus funds are funds credited to your bonus wallet (“Bonus Balance”) and may include winnings from free spins or free rounds.
- Upon completion of the wagering requirements, eligible bonus funds may be converted to your Real Money Balance up to the maximum allowable winnings under the Promotion, with any excess removed.
Unless otherwise stated, when you place a bet:
- Your Real Money Balance is used first.
- If there are insufficient real-money funds, bets may be deducted from your Bonus Balance (subject to eligibility and the rules of the particular game).
- Any winnings accrued before completion of the wagering requirements are added to your Bonus Balance.
If you request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance before completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus,
the Bonus Balance and any related winnings may be forfeited.
Where multiple bonuses are active or received in sequence, the most restrictive conditions (for example, the lowest maximum bet) apply until the wagering for that particular bonus is completed.
Some games do not accept bonus funds. You may still play these games using real-money funds while a bonus is active,
and bonus-related conditions (such as maximum bet size) may still apply.
You are not permitted to exploit multiple account registrations or other methods to obtain more than one bonus per person, household, address,
email address, payment account, device or shared environment. Any such behaviour may result in the closure of accounts and forfeiture of winnings.
All withdrawal requests are subject to audit to ensure that all relevant terms and conditions have been met. If we identify a breach,
we may void any related winnings and remove bonus funds from your account.
We may withhold withdrawals and confiscate winnings if we determine that any of the following took place while a bonus was active:
- Bet sizes exceeded the maximum allowed bet as set out in the bonus terms.
- Bets were placed on non-eligible games.
- Multiple bonuses were received contrary to the one-per-person/household/payment-method rules.
- Game selection or patterns were used to manipulate wagering contribution (for example, switching from low-contribution games to high-contribution games for an unfair advantage).
- Any form of bonus abuse or attempts to circumvent the house edge.
Personalised or targeted bonuses are intended only for the specified recipient. Sharing or publishing such offers for use by other customers is prohibited.
Any breach may result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of winnings and closure of your account.
Withdrawals of winnings from free spins, free bonuses or other promotions granted without a deposit may be capped at EUR 100 (or equivalent), unless otherwise stated.
Where a Promotion specifies a maximum winnings amount, any winnings exceeding that cap may be removed following completion of wagering.
11. Complementary Points
After your first deposit, you will begin to accumulate Complementary Points (also referred to as “Comp Points”) from midnight GMT onwards.
The accumulation rate, conversion rate and terms governing Complementary Points may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Removed or expired Complementary Points cannot be reinstated or withdrawn.
Unless otherwise indicated, Complementary Points are typically earned at the following rate:
EUR/USD/CAD/NZD/INR 10 wagered = 1 Point.
Conversion of Complementary Points to real-money funds is generally carried out as follows:
100 Points = 1 unit of your base currency (EUR/USD/CAD/NZD/INR 1).
For example, if you have 340 points and convert them all, EUR 3 will be credited to your balance and 40 points will remain in your Comp Points account.
If you do not log into your account for 90 consecutive days, any accumulated Complementary Points may be removed and will not be refunded.
In any calendar month, you can accumulate a maximum of 100,000 Complementary Points. Any points earned beyond this limit will be void and non-refundable.
Maximum payout rules may apply to winnings derived from Complementary Points. You can view the applicable payout limits on the Withdrawal Limits page.
Any balance exceeding the maximum allowed payout from such winnings may be voided when the withdrawal is processed.
We may void Complementary Points obtained from no-deposit bonuses or free spins and any balance or winnings resulting from such points if we determine a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Inactive Accounts
Your account will be considered inactive if you do not log in for 12 consecutive months.
We will endeavour to contact you using the contact details on your account before designating the account as inactive.
If you fail to log in within the following 30 days, we may charge an inactivity fee of EUR 5 (or equivalent) per month,
which will be deducted from your balance until either:
- You log in again; or
- Your account balance reaches zero.
If your account remains inactive for 12 months or more and your balance reaches zero, your account may be closed.
If you do not log in for a period of 30 months, your account may be classified as dormant.
Where possible, any remaining funds will be returned to you and the account will be closed.
13. Account Closure by You
You may request to close your account at any time via the site or by contacting us through the support email address listed on the site.
You remain responsible for all activity on the account until the closure has been processed.
If you request account closure and have a remaining balance, and provided all terms and conditions are met,
the balance will be paid out in accordance with our usual withdrawal procedures. Any active bonuses, promotional rewards or non-cash benefits will be forfeited.
If you wish to use our services again after closure, you must contact Customer Support to request reactivation. You may not open a new account.
14. Account Closure by Us
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to open an account or to close an existing account at any time.
Any contractual obligations already undertaken will be honoured, subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of suspicious activity, we may suspend or block your account and withhold funds as required by applicable law and regulations.
15. Responsible Gaming
We support responsible gambling and offer tools to help you manage your activity. These may include:
- Deposit, loss and wager limits.
- Session time limits.
- Temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

If you wish to permanently exclude yourself, you may request an indefinite self-exclusion via Customer Support or email.
We will take reasonable steps to enforce responsible gambling measures. However, if you attempt to circumvent these tools
(for example, by creating additional accounts or providing false details), we will not be liable for any resulting losses.
If we identify new accounts created during a self-exclusion period, we may block such accounts, void funds and refuse to refund any wagers or winnings.
We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that deposit and loss limits are adhered to, but cannot be held responsible for your actions
if you deliberately seek to bypass them.
16. Personal Information
In order to provide you with access to our site and services, we must collect and process certain personal data.
By providing your information, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in these Terms & Conditions,
including account management, service provision and regulatory compliance.
We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with applicable data protection laws and best industry practices.
We will store and process your personal data securely and use it only for legitimate purposes, such as:
- Managing your account and verifying your identity.
- Processing transactions and providing customer support.
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money laundering and responsible gambling requirements).
- Communicating changes to our services, new features and promotions that we believe may be of interest to you (unless you opt out of marketing communications).
We will retain copies of any communications you send to us (including emails and chat logs) to maintain accurate records.
Calls to our support lines may also be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
Personal data may be shared with employees or departments (such as support, finance, risk and verification teams) who require access to perform their duties.
We may also share your data with third-party service providers (e.g. payment processors, verification services) where necessary for service provision or legal compliance.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to request corrections where appropriate.
We will not retain personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless required by law.

To provide you with our services, we and/or our service providers may transfer your personal data within the EU and EFTA regions.
Where required, such transfers will be conducted in accordance with applicable data protection rules.
We may be obliged to report certain information to authorities if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
We may also share your information with payment providers for the purpose of preventing or managing chargebacks and disputes.
17. Customer Support
You may contact our Customer Support team for assistance with any aspect of the site or services via live chat or the contact information
provided in the site footer.
Our support representatives will endeavour to handle your queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards our employees will not be tolerated.
If, in our sole opinion, your conduct towards staff is unacceptable, we may terminate your account, confiscate winnings and void your balance.
18. Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint or query, you should first contact our Customer Support team via the channels listed on the site.
If your issue is not resolved at this stage, you may request that it be escalated as a formal complaint.
Once a complaint is formalised, our complaints management team will acknowledge receipt, investigate the matter and aim to provide a final response
as soon as possible, and in any event within 10 working days of receiving the complaint (provided you respond promptly to any information requests).
Where further time is required, this period may be extended by an additional 10 working days.
Complaints must be raised within six (6) months of the incident giving rise to the complaint.
If your complaint relates to a gambling transaction and you remain dissatisfied with our final response, or receive a ‘deadlock letter’,
you may escalate the dispute to our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, eCOGRA.
Instructions and forms for submitting disputes can be found on eCOGRA’s website.
Alternatively, you may contact the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) via their player support portal or by email at support.mga@mga.org.mt.
The outcome of ADR procedures does not prevent you from pursuing the matter through the courts should you wish to do so.
In any dispute concerning the outcome of a game, the result recorded on our game server will be considered final and binding.
19. Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Opening or using multiple accounts to benefit from bonuses or promotions.
- Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person or under their direction.
- Funding another person’s gambling on our site or allowing your account to be funded by third parties.
- Using corporate or business accounts, or payment methods not solely owned by you, unless explicitly approved by us.
- Depositing funds which originate from cash deposits or third-party transfers into your bank account or payment method (e.g. loans, gifts) without our express approval.
- Selling, purchasing or transferring accounts between players, or sharing access to accounts.
- Colluding with other players, pooling funds or using strategies intended to gain an unfair advantage.
